The day envisaged of your arrival :

The site of camp-site will be available as from 12 noon and will have to be occupied before 8 p.m. Rental lodging will be available as from 4 p.m. and will have to be occupied before 8 p.m.

1. Warn us of any delay: if not the direction of the camp-site will be able redisposer of the site or of the locative and the installment will remain sure with the camp-site.

1. The site or final lodging will be determined by the camp-site, the day of the arrival. For all modifications of the dates of stay, it could not be guaranteed the same site or locative.
   
   
2. The hiring of your site or your lodging becomes effective only with our agreement and after reception of the leasing agreement, accompanied by a bank check, mandate posts international or bank card with the order of the camp-site.
   
   

Terms of payment :

As of reception of your your installment and leasing agreement, we will send to you, in the measurement of the places available, a confirmation. For the reservations carried out more than 30 days before the beginning of the stay an installment of 25% of the price of the amount of the reserved services must be regulated as of the reservation. The balance must be paid 30 days before the date of the beginning of the stay. For the reservations carried out less than 30 days before the date of the beginning of the stay, the integral payment must be carried out at the time of the reservation. At the end of this period, if not did not receive your payment, we regard your reservation as cancelled and the conditions of cancellation will be applied

In the event of delayed arrival or of departure anticipated compared to the dates mentioned on your contract :

In camp-site, it will be invoiced the tariff in force on the ground per reserved day
In rental lodging, no refunding will be carried out

In the event of cancellation :

More d'1 month before the date of arrival envisaged: the installment will be preserved by the camp-site. Less d'1 month before the date of arrival envisaged: 100% of the amount of the stay will be preserved by the camp-site.

For the hirings of lodging, an insurance optional cancellation of 150DHS per week is proposed to you.

The day of your departure, the site will have to be free at 10 a.m. at the latest

For any departure after 10 a.m., one night additional will be carried out.

It is up to the camper to have his own insurance. The camp-site declines any responsibility

In case of theft, fire, bad weather, etc…. and in the event of concerning incident civil liability for the camper.

The hiring is made on a purely strictly personal basis. The tenant will not be able to in no case to sub-lease or yield his hiring without the written assent of the direction of the camp-site.

Guarantee: for lodging locatives a guarantee of 1500.00 DHS will be required at the beginning of stay. This guarantee includes the breaking of the material and in the event of habitat swine a fixed price of 45 euros for expenses of household will be retained

Any camper is held to conform to the provisions of the rules of procedure of the camp-site.
